Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 delivers immediate, plumping hydration for softer, smoother, and healthier-looking skin. This lightweight formula boosts your skin’s hydration levels with all-day results, helping to rehydrate and replump dry, dehydrated skin. It also enhances skin suppleness and elasticity, while reducing the appearance of fine dry lines.
This formulation features five types of hyaluronic acid to provide hydration to multiple layers of the skin’s surface. Hyaluronic acid is a natural humectant that binds to water. The types included are low-, medium-, and high-molecular-weight molecules, a hyaluronic acid crosspolymer, and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid.
Additionally, the formula contains ceramides to help lock in moisture. Ceramides are naturally occurring lipids (fatty molecules) in the skin that support the skin barrier, keeping it protected and hydrated. The ceramides used here are known as sphingolipids.
Pro-vitamin B5 supports the formation of essential skin barrier components like ceramides and fatty acids, which further helps retain moisture, keeping the skin hydrated for longer.
